It's more important than ever to support our local businesses!  Instead of turning to online shopping, we encourage you to keep your money in the community and help Northfield businesses thrive by shopping, dining, and getting your services done locally. 

Snap a selfie with the business in the background while you're out shopping, dining, or getting your services done in Northfield and send it to mjewett@northfieldil.org to be entered to win a $50 gift card to Northfield businesses.  Be sure to use the hashtag #ShopNorthfield and tag the Village of Northfield in your social media posts!  The best part? There are unlimited entries, meaning the more you support your local establishments, the better your chances to win!

Winners will be selected based on creativity every other Friday.  Village employees and elected officials are not eligible for prizes.  Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. The Village reserves the right to publish winners’ names, and/or photographs.  By submitting a photo and entering the contest, entrants grant the Village of Northfield a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, publish, display, distribute, reproduce and create derivative works of the entries, in whole or in part, in any media now existing or subsequently developed, for any educational, promotional, publicity, and other Village of Northfield purposes, including any photos that include images of minors. The Village of Northfield will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such uses.
