Beginning January 2, Northfield’s Village Center will be the new home of Personalized Bodywork with Tamara Nicklas!  Tamara invites anyone on or beginning their healing journey to experience the countless health benefits of natural healing.  Using her extensive training in a multitude of modalities, Tamara will cultivate a personalized bodywork experience to aid your healing process.

Tamara took a unique road to get where she is today.  She spent a decade as the Marketing Director for a title insurance firm before her professional journey took an unexpected turn.  In 2007, she became overwhelmed and frustrated with her chronic ailments, sicknesses, and simply not feeling well.  Tamara became determined to reclaim her well-being using natural and healthy healing methods.

Through this endeavor she discovered Myofascial Release.  Experiencing this method of treatment changed her life, her health, and eventually her professional path.  In an effort to bring natural healing to others, Tamara made it her mission to study the renowned John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Approach®, as well as AromaTouch, Zen Shiatsu Massage, Acupressure, Reiki, and many other techniques.  She loves to learn and enjoys combining the ancient arts with modern modalities to create a personalized bodywork session for each and every client.
