R2 Northfield, LLC has submitted an application for a Planned Unit Development in order to develop ten (10) detached single family homes on a 5.11 acre site bounded by Willow Road, Bracken Lane and the unimproved Willow Road Village right-of-way. The applicant is seeking variations from the following sections of the Northfield Zoning Code (Appendix A): 5-3 (lot size requirements) and 5-4 (front, rear and side yard setback requirements). They are also seeking relief from the following sections of the Northfield Subdivision Code (Appendix B): 3.2 (design standards for street width, street radius, sidewalks, block length, lot width and lot depth).
The Plan and Zoning Commission hearing on the proposed development is scheduled for Monday, March 4, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. in the Northfield Village Hall, 361 Happ Road. The Architectural Commission will review the plans on Monday, March 11, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. in the Village Hall.
