Water Payments

 Water and sanitary sewer service is billed quarterly. If your payment is late there is a 10% late fee applied to your bill. Water and sanitary service payment can be deducted directly from an account holder’s checking or savings account or credit card. To set up auto-pay for your account, complete this Authorization Agreement and submit it electronically to waterinfo@northfieldil.org or mail it to Village Hall (361 Happ Road, Northfield IL 60093). Auto-pay has begun when “Autopay on MM/DD/YY” appears on your water bill, and will continue until a written cancellation request is filed.

Online Account Management

Visit the Village’s water and sanitary service online account management system here. This system features the ability to view account balances, water usage history, and payment history. In addition, account holders can pay bills online using a credit card.

If you are using the system for the first time, enter your 12-digit account number as the log-in and password. You will then be asked to complete a brief registration and change your account password. The Village will process the registration and notify you by email that the account is established and ready for secure access.
